The competition will be "cardless" and in order to assist the organisers the following withdrawal system will be in place.

WITHDRAWALS'PRIOR TO THE GALA DATE

Swimmers withdrawing from events in the first session and second session if known, can telephone Val Mellor on 01625 - 427297 by 7.00 p.m. at the latest on FMDAY 14th November and leave a message stating NAME, CLUB and EVENT(S) from which they wish to withdraw.

WITHDRAWALS ON SATURDAY

All other withdrawals must be made by either leaving a text message on telephone no. 07960392769 stating NAME, CLUB AND

EVENT(S) withdrawing from;

or

at the pool, by filling in a withdrawal form, which will be available from the desk at the start end of the pool. There are separate forms for Males and Females.

WITHDRAWALS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ONCE THE WARM UP FOR THAT SESSION HAS STARTED

*PLEASE NOTE

Swimmers, who have not officially withdrawn and do not turn up for Session 1
will be deleted automatically from Session 2.
Sorry! - None of these swimmers will qualify for a refund.
