Refunds Policy.AIM. To provide a clear, transparent and equitable framework, for refunding monies to members. Session fees standing orders.An allowance is built into the Standing order payments to account for sessions missed during the Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays. Crewe flyers will offer partial refunds of session fees in the following circumstances;
Requests for refunds may be made in writing to the committee via the Club Treasurer in regard to any other exceptional circumstances. The Committee will not however be able to agree refunds for sessions missed for any of the following reasons.
Membership.Crewe Flyers annual Membership fees are non- refundable. Members whom cancel their session fee standing orders remain non-swimming members of the club until such time as their annual membership expires. Club Championships entry fees.Entry fees for Crewe Flyers Open and Age group Galas will be refunded if Swimmers don't compete at all in the championships due to illness or injury. Open meets.Entry fees for over subscribed events at Open Meets, paid through the clubs Open meet Secretary will be refunded by the host Club or Association. Usually the host Club will only offer refunds for those events for which the swimmer has unsuccessfully applied (not for other events at the meet.) If an entry has been accepted the host club will not give a refund. Crewe Flyers will refund the contribution for coaches poolside passes (Currently £ 1.50 ) for swimmers who have been unsuccessful in getting entry into a gala. This Policy will be effective from 1st December 2006 . The club will not pay refunds retrospective to this date.
